Overview

Taste what women of the Mission are cooking up in their vibrant, hip kitchens. When people think about the Mission, its usually all about Mexico and Latin America. The taqueria’s and burrito places still exist, but the Mission has so much more to offer. We will start with tasting authentic Nepalis cuisine and craft cocktails inspired by the Himalayas at Dancing Yak Restaurant & Bar. We will travel from Asia to Italy at Barberio Osteria and then come to America’s comfort food at Good Good Culture Club and California’s re-envisioned way to battle climate change with upcycled and sustainable food hitting plates as “trashy pizzas” and “sexy shared plates” paired with affordable natural wines in a “maximalist funhouse” at Shuggie’s Trash Pie + Natural Wine.
